Quick Apply Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description Job Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for customers to communicate with about our dealership, available vehicles/equipment and other services offered Ask probing questions and determine customer needs in order to match their expectations and identify upsell opportunities Educate customers on various makes and models in-house, including direct comparisons and upselling opportunities Accurately discuss pricing, add-ons, maintenance scheduling, and more Stay up to date on vehicle inventory Work with management to establish sales goals and measurables for performance related compensation Effectively negotiate with customers as needed in order to close the sale Be enthusiastic about our dealership and help drive sales through quality interactions Job Qualifications Previous sales experience at an automotive or outdoor equipment dealership required Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and able to stay knowledgeable about a variety of vehicles Computer skills is a must Professional demeanor and appearance Driven to close the sale Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Job Type:
